The EU Delegation to Israel has published the second edition of its electronic newsletter “Europe in Israel”, highlighting the new ‘blue card’ system for skilled foreign workers in the EU.The newsletter – published in English and Hebrew – leads with an article on the directive adopted by the Council of the European Union on May 25, aimed at making it easier for third country citizens to live and work in the EU for the purpose of highly qualified employment, through the EU ‘blue card’.
