The EuropeAid-funded ‘Eurojar’ project has published a series of articles on EU-Mediterranean cooperation in the Lebanese daily paper L’Orient Le Jour.
The three features published so far deal with the Euro-Med Market project and prospects for a Euro-Mediterranean free trade area, the European Neighbourhood Policy, and EU efforts to preserve Arab film heritage through the Euromed Audiovisual programme.
Eurojar is one of 13 projects funded by EuropeAid’s €19 million Regional Information and Communication Programme that seeks to increase awareness and understanding among the citizens of the ENPI area, of the EU, its policies and relations with their countries. The Eurojar budget amounts to €1.5 million and the project will last for one year.
