Morocco is making steady progress in building an effective enterprise policy framework, but could develop further by better coordinating policies and programmes, by implementing measures across the whole country and by developing an evaluation culture.These were the broad conclusions of a pilot exercise to evaluate implementation of the Euro-Mediterranean Charter for Enterprise, presented to a meeting of key stakeholders in Rabat. The four-hour meeting was attended by 50 organisations and received considerable media coverage.
